Tesheng Intelligent Company held an autumn outing team building activity with the theme of "Unity and Progress, Quarterly Sprint at the Right Time".

At the beginning of the event, all members were randomly divided into multiple groups and spontaneously elected team leaders and creative team slogans, quickly completing the transformation from colleagues to "comrades". A fun and challenging team PK competition officially kicked off.
The team competition revolves closely around the core of "collaboration" and "unity". In the "collective collaboration and unity drum", team members need to think and work together, controlling a drum through countless ropes to swing the ball. Every successful bounce is accompanied by the team's cheers, which is the ultimate test of tacit understanding and patience.
The "two player synchronized balloon ride" requires two players to hold the ball back to back and move forward steadily and quickly with consistent steps, fully reflecting the importance of mutual trust and cooperation.
The "Corn Maze Treasure Hunt" requires team members to search for items in the maze composed of corn fields in the shortest possible time. Not only do they need to intelligently decipher the path, but they also need to work together and exchange information, pushing the atmosphere of the scene to a climax through exploration and discovery.
After the game competition, a warm rural feast was held with the participation of all employees. Everyone relaxed the tension of the competition, spontaneously divided their tasks, and immersed themselves in the preparation of barbecue and wild fire rice. Raising the fire to wash vegetables, cooking fragrant pea wild fire rice, stir frying at the farm, carefully grilling various delicacies... Each group is orderly and coordinated, with smoke rising from the kitchen and singing loudly. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, colleagues share their labor achievements, talk about interesting life stories, and further narrow the distance between each other.
The event ended successfully amidst laughter and cheers. Looking back at the whole process, the front-line team of Tesheng Intelligent demonstrated tacit understanding, responsibility, positivity, and team spirit, which eased the exhaustion of employees' continuous struggle and transformed the synergy and enthusiasm gathered in the activity into a powerful driving force to win the fourth quarter.
